Dr. House - he’s a walking attitude with a limp,  “I like when you hold both sides of the conversation, it’s soothing like white noise”

Would we put up with a physician with this sort of attitude in Real Life? Highly doubtful, but the draw and the following of this show - where some how Hugh Laurie has endeared himself as the repulsive pill popping Dr. Gregory House, this show has quite a following in my belief because, we wish we could say it like Dr. House does at times.  I don’t think we should all go out and be jack-asses by any means, but we do need to stop “politically correctnessing - ourselves to death”

Reality is that if he was not a fictional character but a physician at a local hospital or doctors office, so many would find grounds to sue him.  Sadly because he is truthful, tactless yes, but truthful none the less.  Dr. House takes what he knows and doesn’t let anyone get in his way to solve what’s in front of him, In reality, because we have become a sue happy society, we are unable to do this in most situations.

We can’t say what we want, because..good god, its politically incorrect and someone somewhere will be offended.  I have to say, grow up and put on your big boy pants, and worry about things that you can change.  Don’t limp through life on the coat tails of the cry babies, get out there and make a difference.
